This unique decorative cushion is made from an old vintage rug from Morocco – hand-knotted and time-worn in Berber villages, where rugs were often meticulously crafted by women for generations. The used rugs are carefully selected, thoroughly cleaned, and then given a new lease on life as a unique pillow or pouf – while retaining their authentic look.

Some of these rugs are 25 to even 100 years old and bear traces of history, family stories, and traditions. The thick, woolly texture feels rich, the colors are naturally grayed or vibrant, and each pattern tells its own story.
